Drawings, registers, asset systems and the digital record of the work.
This position supports mining, construction and infrastructure work across Tanami, Alice Springs and other Northern Territory locations.
It sits between engineering delivery and the systems that hold the work: drawings, technical data, asset information and the digital tools used through construction, commissioning, maintenance and operations.
The work
- Support engineering, construction and commissioning activities on site.
- Review drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
- Assist with equipment inspections, testing and troubleshooting.
- Maintain engineering data, registers and digital records.
- Support asset management systems and technical reporting tools.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, site teams and technology personnel.
- Support maintenance, shutdowns and project handover activities.
Who this is for
- Qualification in Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, IT or a related discipline.
- Experience in mining, construction, infrastructure or heavy industry.
- Exposure to IT systems, databases, asset management systems, digital reporting tools or engineering software.
- Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at remote Northern Territory sites.
